The National Institute of Statistics of Cameroon will join the rest of Africa in celebrating the 32nd African Statistics Day on November 18, 2022 under the theme, “Strengthening data systems by modernizing the production and use of agricultural statistics: how to better support policies and improve resilience of agriculture, nutrition and food security in Africa”. A conference debate open to the public will be organized on this occasion on November 18, 2022, at the headquarters of the INS in Yaoundé from 1:30 p.m. The INS Regional Agencies will in turn organize events across the country. The JAS is an opportunity for African statistical systems to ask themselves each year about a topic that can improve the quality of statistical services across the continent.
