The work of this body opened on October 20, 2020 at 9 a.m. in Yaoundé, under the chairmanship of its President, Mr. Emmanuel Nganou Djoumessi. The meeting was an opportunity to review the budget of the INS following the Ordinance of the Head of State amending and supplementing certain provisions of the 2020 Finance Law.
