Reception, Mail and Liaison Service

Placed under the authority of a Head of Department, the Reception, Mail and Liaison Service is responsible for:

  • reception, information and guidance of users;
  • mail processing;
  • the notification of signed acts;
  • the revival of services for the processing of files;
  • the control of the compliance of the files;
  • the execution of printing and reprography of documents authorised by the General Management;
  • the classification;
  • the modernization of practices in terms of circulation, classification and follow-up of files.

It includes:

  • the Reception and Mail Office;
  • the Recovery Office;
  • the Office of Reprography.
