Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs

Placed under the authority of a Director, the Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs is responsible for:

  • the implementation of the Institute’s human resources management policy;
  • the implementation of the professional training policy for staff;
  • coordinating the development of the staff training and retraining plan and monitoring its implementation;
  • the forward-looking management of the workforce;
  • monitoring the improvement of working conditions;
  • the preparation of personnel management acts;
  • updating the personnel file;
  • the preparation of staff allocation measures;
  • the application of legislative and regulatory texts relating to staff expenditure;
  • the preparation of the elements of the pay and accessories of the salaries of the staff;
  • the operation and monitoring of computer applications for personnel and pay management;
  • pension management;
  • the recruitment and management of temporary staff in liaison with the user technical departments;
  • the preparation and monitoring of the implementation of the Institute’s budget;
  • the acquisition, management and maintenance of the movable and immovable property of the Institute
  • the preparation of the Institute’s administrative and material management accounts and reports
  • discipline. It includes:
  • the Sub-Directorate of Human Resources;
  • the Sub-Directorate of Budget and Maintenance.
