The National Institute of Statistics makes available component 5 of the 2022 Compendium on Environment Statistics, dedicated to human settlements and environmental health. This component focuses on living conditions in urban and rural areas, access to essential services (water, sanitation, energy) and the effects of the environment on people’s health. It is a decision-making tool for the sustainable development of cities, the well-being of populations and the reduction of inequalities, in line with SDGs 3, 6 and 11.
