Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs
Placed under the authority of a Director, the Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs is responsible for:
- the implementation of the Institute’s human resources management policy;
- the implementation of the professional training policy for staff;
- coordinating the development of the staff training and retraining plan and monitoring its implementation;
- the forward-looking management of the workforce;
- monitoring the improvement of working conditions;
- the preparation of personnel management acts;
- updating the personnel file;
- the preparation of staff allocation measures;
- the application of legislative and regulatory texts relating to staff expenditure;
- the preparation of the elements of the pay and accessories of the salaries of the staff;
- the operation and monitoring of computer applications for personnel and pay management;
- pension management;
- the recruitment and management of temporary staff in liaison with the user technical departments;
- the preparation and monitoring of the implementation of the Institute’s budget;
- the acquisition, management and maintenance of the movable and immovable property of the Institute
- the preparation of the Institute’s administrative and material management accounts and reports
- discipline. It includes:
- the Sub-Directorate of Human Resources;
- the Sub-Directorate of Budget and Maintenance.
