Reception, Mail and Liaison Service
Placed under the authority of a Head of Department, the Reception, Mail and Liaison Service is responsible for:
- reception, information and guidance of users;
- mail processing;
- the notification of signed acts;
- the revival of services for the processing of files;
- the control of the compliance of the files;
- the execution of printing and reprography of documents authorised by the General Management;
- the classification;
- the modernization of practices in terms of circulation, classification and follow-up of files.
It includes:
- the Reception and Mail Office;
- the Recovery Office;
- the Office of Reprography.
