The Regional Agencies of the INS, located in the ten regions of Cameroon, produce a regional statistical yearbook every year. The main objective of this book is to federate all the statistical productions of sectoral administrations, decentralized local authorities, parapublic and private companies in the region in a single document. It provides disaggregated indicators at the level of municipalities in various areas in order to guide users in their strategic choices. This approach is part of the general framework of the National Strategy for the Development of Statistics (SNDS), the major objective of which is to provide Cameroon with an efficient National Statistical Information System (SNIS) capable of meeting the needs of the user community. The NSDS is coordinated by the National Institute of Statistics at the national level and by the Regional Agencies of the NSI at the regional level.
