{"id":17081,"date":"2018-09-12T00:01:26","date_gmt":"2018-09-11T23:01:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ins-cameroun.cm\/regional-agencies\/"},"modified":"2025-10-09T16:58:43","modified_gmt":"2025-10-09T15:58:43","slug":"regional-agencies","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ins-cameroun.cm\/en\/by-the-way\/organization\/regional-agencies\/","title":{"rendered":"Regional agencies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regional agencies<\/h2>\n\n<p>The Regional Agencies of the INS are located in the ten (10) Regional Capitals.<\/p>\n\n<p>Placed under the authority of a Head of Agency, the Regional Agency of the Institute is, in its area of competence, responsible for:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the representation of the Institute;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the coordination of local statistical production;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the coordination and implementation of survey and census operations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the development of the region&#8217;s Social Dashboard;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the production of quarterly notes on the evolution of prices, on industrial production, on the production of services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the production of the regional economic bulletin;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the compilation of statistics on cross-border trade;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the production of the regional statistical yearbook;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the dissemination of statistical standards and concepts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the compilation of statistics on forestry and mining;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the collection and entry of statistical and tax returns, in conjunction with the Regional Tax Services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the dissemination and archiving of statistical information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the implementation of partnerships established with decentralized local authorities for the realization of surveys, joint studies or publications;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the promotion of statistics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>In addition to the Head of Agency, it includes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Two (02) Research Officers, one (01) of whom is specifically responsible for the monitoring of the productive sectors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Four (04) Assistant Research Officers, including one (01) specifically responsible for the monitoring of companies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>one (01) Head of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Regional agencies The Regional Agencies of the INS are located in the ten (10) Regional Capitals.
