{"id":17089,"date":"2018-09-11T21:50:41","date_gmt":"2018-09-11T20:50:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ins-cameroun.cm\/directorate-of-administrative-and-financial-affairs\/"},"modified":"2025-10-09T16:58:33","modified_gmt":"2025-10-09T15:58:33","slug":"directorate-of-administrative-and-financial-affairs","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ins-cameroun.cm\/en\/by-the-way\/organization\/directorate-of-administrative-and-financial-affairs\/","title":{"rendered":"Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs<\/h2>\n\n<p>Placed under the authority of a Director, the Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs is responsible for:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the implementation of the Institute&#8217;s human resources management policy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the implementation of the professional training policy for staff;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>coordinating the development of the staff training and retraining plan and monitoring its implementation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the forward-looking management of the workforce;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>monitoring the improvement of working conditions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the preparation of personnel management acts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>updating the personnel file;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the preparation of staff allocation measures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the application of legislative and regulatory texts relating to staff expenditure;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the preparation of the elements of the pay and accessories of the salaries of the staff;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the operation and monitoring of computer applications for personnel and pay management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pension management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the recruitment and management of temporary staff in liaison with the user technical departments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the preparation and monitoring of the implementation of the Institute&#8217;s budget;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the acquisition, management and maintenance of the movable and immovable property of the Institute<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the preparation of the Institute&#8217;s administrative and material management accounts and reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>discipline.
