This price recovery is mainly due to the rise in food prices (+0.6% after +0.9% the previous month). In addition, the increase in the prices of furniture, household items and routine household maintenance increased (+0.3% after +0.2% the previous month). However, the prices of housing, water, gas, electricity and other fuels decreased (-0.4% after stability in the previous month).<br \/>\nCompared to the same period in 2019, the general price level increased by 1.9%, after 2.1% in May 2020. This price increase is largely due to the increase in the prices of food products (+4.8% after +4.7% the previous month), furniture, household goods and routine household maintenance (+1.7% after +1.4% the previous month), as well as leisure and culture (+2.0% after +2.1% the previous month).<br \/>\nOn average over the last twelve months, the general price level increased by 2.3%, as in May and April 2020.
