Perceived as a leading indicator of inflation, the high level of   <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1495R_mcid3\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">shows that final consumer prices will remain high for the rest of the year.  <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1495R_mcid4\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">months to come.  <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1495R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Although still high, industrial price inflation is slowing down from a  <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1495R_mcid6\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">16% and 13.6% respectively in the first and second quarters of 2022 year-on-year.  <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1495R_mcid7\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">This trend was mainly driven by the mining and quarrying industries (15.0%), the  <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1495R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">agri-food industries (10.2%), mineral materials manufacturing industries, including  <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1495R_mcid9\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">cement (6.4%) and paper, paperboard, and printing (13.8%).  <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1495R_mcid10\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Compared to the 3rd quarter of 2022, there was a 2% quarter-on-quarter decrease in prices.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","format":[626],"meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"annee":[],"region":[],"domaines":[],"class_list":["post-17608","statistique","type-statistique","status-publish","hentry","format-data"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ins-cameroun.cm\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/statistique\/17608","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ins-cameroun.cm\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/statistique"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ins-cameroun.cm\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/statistique"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/ins-cameroun.cm\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/statistique\/17608\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ins-cameroun.cm\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=17608"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"annee","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ins-cameroun.cm\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/annee?post=17608"},{"taxonomy":"region","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ins-cameroun.cm\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/region?post=17608"},{"taxonomy":"format","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ins-cameroun.cm\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/format?post=17608"},{"taxonomy":"domaine","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ins-cameroun.cm\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/domaines?post=17608"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
