id=\"page3R_mcid22\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"page3R_mcid22\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Compared to the previous month, a price increase of 0.6%<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">was recorded in July 2022.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">This<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">was mainly<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">as a <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">result of<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1.3%<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">increase<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">in the prices of food products, 1.7% in the prices of \u201cmiscellaneous goods and services\u201d <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">and 0.8% in the prices of \u201crestaurants and hotels\u201d. <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page3R_mcid23\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The increase in food prices was mainly a result of<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">11.8% rise in the price<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">s<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">o<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">f oils and fats and 0.7% in the price<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">s <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">of vegetables. <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page3R_mcid24\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The 11.8% increase in<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">prices of oils and fats<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">wa<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">s mainly due to<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">soaring<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">crude and refined oil<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">prices<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">. <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page3R_mcid25\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Vegetable prices<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">are up as result of<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">higher prices for tubers and plantains as well as fresh l<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">eafy vegetables. <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page3R_mcid26\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u201c<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Milk, cheese and egg<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u201d<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">prices<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">spiked<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">by 0.4%, fish and seafood prices rebounded by 0.3% and fruit prices by 0.1%. <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page3R_mcid27\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Conversely<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">, bread and cereal as well as meat prices fell by 0.7% and 0.2% respectively. <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page3R_mcid28\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Meat prices dropped as a result of<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">lower poultry
