{"id":9926,"date":"2023-06-27T11:49:15","date_gmt":"2023-06-27T10:49:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ins-cameroun.cm\/?post_type=statistique&#038;p=9926"},"modified":"2025-07-21T14:04:15","modified_gmt":"2025-07-21T13:04:15","slug":"english-the-littoral-in-figures","status":"publish","type":"statistique","link":"https:\/\/ins-cameroun.cm\/en\/statistique\/english-the-littoral-in-figures\/","title":{"rendered":"The Littoral in figures"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"page36R_mcid3\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The National Institute of Statistics,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">through its Regional<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Littoral<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Office<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">is pleased<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">to present the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">first publication of the &#8220;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Littoral<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">in<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">figures<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8220;, 2022 edition. <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page36R_mcid4\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page36R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The &#8220;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Littoral<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">in<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">f<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">igures&#8221;<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">briefly presents the region and is now part of the pub<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">lications of the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Regional Office<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">, alongside<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the regional statistical yearbook.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">This approach is part of the general <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">framework of the National Strategy for the Development of Statistics (NSDS) whose major objective <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">is to provide Cameroon,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">including the region,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">with a<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">n effective<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Regional Statistical<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Information <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">System (RSIS)<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">to meet th<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">e needs of the user community. <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page36R_mcid6\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page36R_mcid7\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">2022 edition<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">of<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the &#8220;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Littoral<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">in<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">figures&#8221;<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">benefited<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">from<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the contribution<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">of<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">all<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">administrations producing statistical information at the regional level. This collection of statistical <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">information is structured around<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">four<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">pillars of the National Dev<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">elopment Strategy 2020<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">2030 <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">(NDS<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">30).
