Paul BIYA; Vision of a Cameroon \u201cmodern and socially advanced country\u201d<br \/>\nOn this road laid out in Vision 2035, the National Statistical Information System (NSIS) is called upon to support the Government with\u00a0 the production of quality information for the monitoring and evaluation of the multiple actions conducted at the national, sectoral and local levels. Law No. 2020\/010 of 20 July 2020 to regulate statistical activity in Cameroon formally establishes the NSIS in this mission detailed in sections 20 to 22. In addition, this law places the National Strategy for the Development of Statistics (NSDS) at the heart of national statistical activity for greater consistency and efficiency.
