Inflation developments in the first half of 2021

On average over the last twelve months, the general price level has increased by 2.2%,

Compared to the 1st quarter of 2021, final consumer prices increased by 0.8% in the 2nd quarter of 2021. Compared to the 1st half of 2020, the general price level increased by 2.0% in the 1st half of 2021 (this increase was 2.5% a year ago). On average over the last twelve months, the general price level increased by 2.2% at the end of June 2021.
