Monthly Note on the Evolution of Household Final Consumer Prices in Cameroon: December 2024

In 2024, inflation stands at +4.5%, marking a slowdown from +7.4% in 2023 and +6.3% in 2022. The increase
is mainly driven by the 5.6% increase in food prices and a 12.3% increase in transport costs;
the other consumption functions recorded price increases of no more than 3.3%.
