The main objective of this workshop is to finalize the technical documents and the ECAM 4 data entry computer application. The participants will examine each of the technical documents and the computer application, make the necessary amendments both in substance and form and validate the amended documents.
Specific objectives:
Specifically, these will be:
- (i) proofread each of the technical documents to finalize and validate them;
- (ii) finalize the questionnaires, the ECAM methodology and nomenclature document 4;
- (iii) finalize the computer application to be used for data collection.
The main expected outcome of this workshop is the production of all the technical documents (methodology document, the various questionnaires, the nomenclature document) and the computer application for the CAPI component of ECAM 4 in a version ready for use in the main survey planned for September 2014.
The participants in this workshop were made up of the officials and executives of the National Institute of Statistics involved in the preparation of ECAM 4 and the managers of the Public Finance Reform Support Program (PARFIP).
The workshop was held in Kribi for seven (07) days, from 30 June to 06 July 2014.
